1. At least 3-year-experience operating a restaurant/cafe in supervisory/ managerial level
2. Strong in Customer Service Skill and Organizational Skill
3. Good human relation/ personality. To be represented well as a Company Brand Ambassador
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills in both Thai & English.

1. Responsible for customer service and manage daily restaurant operation.
2. Supervise the staff to maintain the high quality of services
3. Train and educate service employees of the service sequence, technique, service-mind and communication skill
4. Keeps general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working area.
5. Plan and manage the promotions of the restaurant.
6. Handle guest complaint and resolve problems
7. Coordinate with other departments
